Thanks so much! It's funny looking at that process. Especially the parts where I went back in and redrew characters and stuff. Frustrating but good times! LoL!

I don't think I knew Photoshop had an animation feature... :shrug: Which version are you working with CS, 2, 3, 4...?

Yep, I'm using CS2. If you go to Windows, there's an option for an Animation palette. It allows you to make a frame for every layer or for what's visible upon creating the frame. You can change the amount of time between frames and create fades from one frame to the next. You then save it as a gif using the save for web option and voila! Animated Gif! :)

Nice. I wonder if you can use ImageReady... I used it to make my animated avatar, so I wonder if the same principles apply... I might have to investigate. Thanks :D
